Refund and Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all participants, including both in-person and livestream attendees.

Refund Schedule

• 100% Refund: Tickets are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
  Early bird ticket pricing ends 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
• 50% Refund: Tickets are 50% refundable up to 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
• No Refund: Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat start date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email listed on this website.

Event Cancellation by Organizers

If The Intimate Connection Retreat presented by Aceso Total Healthcare cancels the seminar or retreat for any reason, all payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

We are not responsible for:

• Travel costs
• Lodging expenses
• Other third-party costs incurred by participants

Participants are encouraged to make travel arrangements that allow flexibility.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify:

• Event schedules
• Speakers
• Program content
• Delivery format (including livestream or in-person)

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds outside the stated refund policy.

Livestream Participation

For livestream participants:

• Access details will be sent via email prior to the event.
• Access credentials are for registered participants only and may not be shared.

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of livestream access may result in removal from the event without refund.

Intellectual Property

• Videos
• Slides
• Handouts
• Recorded content

Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publish event content without written permission.
